To initiate any return, please always contact our Customer Service team first. This is crucial so we can provide you with the correct instructions, including a Return Authorisation (RA) number if required by the supplier, and guide you through the process efficiently.

Refunds or Credits may be provided for the following scenarios:
1. Faulty or Damaged Products
In the very unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, defective, or contain a fault that prevents the product from being used as intended:
- Please notify us within 7 days of your order delivery.
- Contact our Customer Service team immediately to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number if required. Do not send anything back to us without contacting us first.
- Provide a photograph of the damaged or faulty goods so we can assess the claim efficiently.
- We will refund your shipping charges if returning damaged goods is required.
- Minimal cosmetic differences which do not impair the design or intended use may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Incorrectly Described Products
If an item you receive is significantly different from the information provided on our product page (e.g., incorrect size, colour, or features as described):
- It may be eligible for a refund or credit.
- Minimal differences which do not impair the design or use may not be eligible and are subject to consideration.
3. Delivery Issues
Orders affected by significant, unexpected delays in transit (beyond standard delivery times and minor delays) may qualify for a refund or credit.
4. Out of Stock Products (Rare Occasions)
While our website updates stock levels hourly:
- In rare cases, items may sell out between updates.
- You may choose a full refund or exchange the item for others of similar value.
As our items are sourced from multiple warehouses, each brand has its own return terms:

Items being returned must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed with all original packaging and tags still attached
- In the condition you received it; not damaged, altered or used
- Not part of the “excluded product” list below
Excluded products:
- Clearance items
- Inflatable & piggyback/ride-on costumes
- Consumables like make-up, fake blood, wigs, moustaches, prosthetics, etc.
- Undergarments including stockings
